Cardann Exemac Donnell

Cookie Policy

Effective date: 20 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how the Cardann Exemac Donnell website uses cookies and similar technologies when you browse pages about our offline poker room, card lounge, poker tables, poker nights, poker tournaments, and restaurant.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, understand how visitors use poker room and card lounge pages, and deliver a smoother browsing experience. Cookies may be session-based or persistent, and similar technologies include local storage and pixels, which we treat the same way for this policy. Cookies do not give us access to your device beyond the data they store.

The policy applies to the website at https://cardannexemacdonnell.com. It does not cover third-party websites linked from our pages.

How We Use Cookies

Improving the poker room experience

We use cookies to understand how visitors explore our poker room, card lounge, poker tables, and poker nights pages. This helps us keep the information clear for serious poker players and first-time visitors alike.

  • Analytics cookies show which pages about offline poker and poker tournaments are most useful.
  • Functional cookies remember choices such as your preferred way of viewing event schedules.
  • Essential cookies keep the site secure and responsive while you browse.

Supporting the restaurant section

A small number of cookies also help the restaurant pages work correctly, such as remembering whether you have dismissed a notice about our dining hours or special poker-night dinner offers. Restaurant-related cookies are limited to functional and essential purposes. We do not use cookies to track restaurant visitors separately from poker room visitors, and no payment or booking data is stored in cookies.

Essential cookies

Essential cookies are required for the website to function. They enable core features such as secure browsing, page navigation, and remembering your cookie consent choice. These cookies cannot be disabled through our site, and they do not collect information for marketing purposes. Examples include load-balancing and consent-management cookies.

Functional cookies

Functional cookies remember choices you make, such as your preferred way of viewing poker nights and poker tournament schedules, or whether you have dismissed a notice about the card lounge. They improve the browsing experience but are not strictly necessary. Disabling them may reset some preferences, and they do not track activity across other websites.

Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the poker room, offline poker, and restaurant pages. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We use this information to improve navigation and content. Analytics data may include page views, time on page, and general location. You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings.

Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies may be used in limited circumstances to measure the effectiveness of promotions for poker nights, poker tournaments, or restaurant offers. We do not use marketing cookies to build advertising profiles. These cookies are not essential to the website, and they may be set by third-party platforms only with your consent. You can decline marketing cookies without affecting access to poker room information.

Managing Cookies

Browser settings

Most web browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies through their settings or preferences menus. The exact steps vary by browser and version. Common browsers include Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. You can usually find cookie controls under privacy or security settings. Deleting cookies may sign you out of some sites and reset preferences.

Opting out of analytics

If you prefer not to be included in analytics data, you can block analytics cookies through your browser or use privacy-focused browser extensions. This will not affect your ability to view poker room or card lounge information. We do not require analytics cookies for site access, and blocking them may reduce our ability to improve the poker pages. No personal data is sold or shared for advertising.

Mobile and tablet browsers

Cookie controls on mobile and tablet browsers work similarly to desktop browsers. Look for privacy or site settings in your browser app to manage cookies for this website. Settings may be under 'Site settings' or 'Privacy and security'. You can clear cookies for individual sites or all sites, and changes take effect immediately.

Poker Experience

Cookies and Your Poker Experience

No impact on poker information

Blocking or deleting cookies will not prevent you from viewing our poker room, card lounge, poker tables, poker nights, poker tournaments, or restaurant pages. Essential site functions will continue to work, although some preferences may reset.

  • All poker-related content remains accessible without cookies.
  • You may need to re-confirm your cookie choices on return visits.
  • The offline poker experience at 64 Devonshire St, Surry Hills NSW 2010, Australia is not affected by website cookies.
